Our Story

Built to end the
frustration of waiting.

QueFlow started with a simple observation — queues are everywhere, but the technology to manage them well is not. We set out to change that.

Why we built QueFlow

It started in a clinic waiting room. A developer from Quorin Tech watched a receptionist juggle a paper register, a printer that kept jamming, and a waiting area full of patients with no idea when their turn would come. Patients walked out. Staff got stressed. Doctors were interrupted every two minutes with “who is next?” calls. It didn’t have to be this way.

QueFlow was built first for dental clinics, OP clinics, diagnostic centres, and multi-doctor practices — the places where patient flow chaos hits hardest. The tools that existed were either too expensive for small clinics, too rigid for multi-department setups, or required installing a native app which most patients simply wouldn’t do. We saw a gap for something lightweight, real-time, and self-service from day one.

"We didn't want to build another ticketing system. We wanted to build the invisible infrastructure that makes waiting feel dignified — where every patient knows their place, and every staff member works with confidence."

— QueFlow founding team, Quorin Tech

QueFlow launched as a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for organisations that run high-footfall service operations — clinics, banks, government counters, service centres, and more. Every organisation gets its own isolated workspace, its own terminology, and its own branding — without any infrastructure to manage.

Today QueFlow handles the full token lifecycle: registration at the counter or via self-service QR code, real-time display screens, doctor and operator panels, and instant push notifications to a patient's phone — all without a single native app install.

What drives us

Our guiding principles

Every design decision in QueFlow comes back to these three commitments.

🕐

Time is sacred

Every minute a person waits without information is a minute of trust eroded. QueFlow makes wait times visible, predictable, and — wherever possible — shorter.

📡

Real-time, always

Stale dashboards create confusion. We built QueFlow on Socket.io so every call, skip, and status change propagates instantly — to displays, phones, and operator panels simultaneously.

🧩

Zero friction setup

A clinic that needs QueFlow today cannot afford a six-week implementation. From sign-up to issuing your first token takes under five minutes. No hardware required.
